Job Summary

REDA Water is seeking a Project Engineer - Water Treatments to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and involves leading the on-site execution of water treatment and service projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project contracts, scope of work, technical specifications, drawings, site conditions, and client requirements to understand project nature.
• Identify necessary resources, potential risks, and project needs prior to project initiation.
• Prepare project execution plans, schedules, method statements, material and manpower requirements, and site mobilization arrangements in coordination with service and technical teams.
• Lead on-site execution of water treatment and service projects, including chemical cleaning, flushing, disinfection, dosing, filtration, and related works.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety standards, and adherence to the approved scope.
• Supervise technicians and operators, assign daily tasks, resolve site issues, and coordinate the availability of materials, equipment, permits, and site access.
• Attend client and consultant meetings, site inspections, and progress reviews.
• Communicate technical issues, document actions and decisions, and coordinate required approvals.
• Prepare and submit regular project status reports to clients and management, detailing completed work, schedule, test results, outstanding items, risks, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate testing, sampling, commissioning, and final project handover.
• Maintain project records, document variations, prepare completion reports, and support the resolution of client comments.
• Conduct and attend meetings, prepare periodical reports as required, and perform other work-related duties as assigned by management, ensuring compliance with REDA policies.
• Travel within Saudi Arabia for sampling collection and analysis when necessary, and provide support for client emergency calls 24/7.
• Ensure proper follow-up on receivables, submit accurate documents, confirm payment receipt, and report any delays to management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in project engineering, particularly in water treatment.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to discuss complex technical concepts with prospective leads and effectively solve problems.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Province, requiring travel within Saudi Arabia and availability for emergency client support.
