We are seeking an ambitious professional to collect, inspect, and analyze product samples. Your work will include reviewing and applying quality policies and procedures.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collect manufacturing samples from various stages of the manufacturing process, such as products under fabrication and finished products.
• Conduct inspections of samples from the manufacturing process, verifying compliance with the required quality standards and documenting the findings.
• Identify sources of defects, make recommendations to mitigate their effects, and update quality policies and procedures accordingly.
• Maintain technical expertise and update knowledge on industry trends and government regulations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management
- Certified Quality Manager (CQM) preferred
- Certified Control Self-Assessment (CCSA) preferred

Join Element Materials Technology as a Finance Manager!
Element is on the lookout for a skilled Finance Manager to be a pivotal part of our team in KSA, specifically based in Dammam. This role presents an exciting opportunity to provide commercial support to the General Manager while ensuring the company meets its financial forecasting, budgeting, and statutory accounting obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide commercial support managing monthly financials/budgets/forecasts against group consolidation systems.
• Monitor and enforce internal controls and compliance, concluding all statutory accounting obligations.
• Coach the operations management team on financial principles and addressing inquiries.
• Manage direct and indirect taxation of the laboratory/business.
• Work with the credit control team to improve collections.
• Collaborate with shared services for transaction processing improvements and timely month-end accounts.
• Identify and analyze potential operational improvements, proposing relevant changes.
• Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and advise local management.
• Work closely with JV partners.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of relevant finance/accounting experience with 3 years in a managerial role within an MNC.
• A degree in accounting and CA/CPA/ICWA certification is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and a positive working attitude.
• Experience in profit and loss statement analysis and managing ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Position Objective:
The Sales Associate represents the brand by maximizing sales and delivering exceptional customer service. • Customer Service:

• Grooming / Attitude / Knowledge:
  • Present a well-groomed and professional appearance.
  • Be flexible and available to work extended hours during peak sales periods.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to minimize stock loss and provide accurate recommendations.
• Merchandising:
  • Ensure products are displayed attractively according to store layout standards.
  • Adhere to visual merchandising guidelines and stock management protocols.
  • Record and maintain accurate inventory records for incoming and outgoing stock.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales opportunities.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of product inventory and promotions to communicate effectively with customers.
• Process:
  • Efficiently operate the Point of Sale system for billing and transactions.
  • Balance the cash till at the start and end of shifts.
  • Process payments accurately and maintain store security.
  • Replenish and re-merchandise stock on the sales floor.

Desired Qualification:
The ideal Sales Associate should have a bachelor’s degree with effective communication and interpersonal skills, and previous experience in a sales role is preferred.
