Join TASNEE as a Senior Technician II in Quality Control!
At TASNEE, a leading plastic product manufacturer in the Middle East, we are dedicated to innovation and excellence in our products. We are seeking a motivated Senior Technician II, Quality Control to ensure our product quality from raw materials to finished goods. This on-site position based in Dammam, KSA offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inspections of incoming raw materials.
  • Perform quality measuring tests for all product ranges.
  • Communicate deficiencies to the production team and quality manager.
  • Maintain a lab environment appropriate for testing.
  • Inspect finished goods post-production and prior to dispatch.
  • Prepare daily stock positions for the storage rack.
  • Complete checklists for various production processes to report non-conformance.
  • Prepare batch reports and maintain documentation for effective quality systems.
  • Participate in the validation of new raw materials, machines, or production lines.
  • Follow ISO quality and safety procedures, guidance, and work instructions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and requirements (OHSAS 18001).

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
  • MSc in Chemistry or BE in Chemical Engineering or from a recognized Plastic Institute.
  • Professional/Technical certifications in the relevant discipline.
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to perform all lab testing for BOPP films.
  • Conceptual knowledge of Polymer Chemistry.

Knowledge & Skills Required:
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
