About the Role

Klybeck Life Sciences MENA is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role is integral to managing the full recruitment cycle and contributing to strategic workforce planning initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination.
• Support workforce planning activities by coordinating hiring plans and tracking manpower requirements.
• Maintain organizational charts and assist with succession planning, replacement planning, and expansion hiring needs.
• Coordinate recruitment activities through Qiwa and ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations, Saudization (Nitaqat), and job classifications.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, hiring costs, and vacancy status, and prepare recruitment reports.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and recommend suitable recruitment solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Recruitment and Human Resources.
• Proven experience in strategic recruitment and workforce planning, beyond operational recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with Qiwa, Saudization (Nitaqat), job classifications, and Saudi labor regulations.
• Experience in organizational structure development, manpower planning, succession planning, and recruitment budgeting.

Technical Skills

• Experience using Oracle ERP or a similar HR system is preferred.

Candidate Profile

• Very good command of English (spoken and written).
• Must be a Saudi Citizen.
