About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Reservations Agent to join its Hotels team in Dammam. This full-time role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and managing guest bookings to ensure a positive experience.

Role Purpose

The Reservations Agent is responsible for handling booking inquiries and converting them into confirmed reservations. This position plays a key role in delivering hospitality by ensuring accurate and efficient processing of guest requests and supporting overall room sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries from guests and team members.
• Secure individual bookings by converting guest inquiries into confirmed reservations.
• Maintain attention to detail by recording and processing all reservations with accuracy.
• Utilize proactive selling techniques to maximize room sales by promoting hotel services and upgrades.
• Support sales efforts by responding to sales inquiries and helping to identify potential leads for future business opportunities.
