Sales Associate

About the Role

EssilorLuxottica Chalhoub is seeking a Sales Associate for a full-time position in Dammam. This role involves delivering sales results by assisting customers in selecting products that align with their lifestyle. The Sales Associate will perform various store functions, including opening, closing, merchandising, and selling, while embodying the company's values.

Key Responsibilities

• Strengthen brand exposure at the point of sale by consistently demonstrating benchmarked brand filter standards.
• Enhance brand knowledge and sales techniques.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store targets.
• Maintain a positive attitude, viewing challenges as opportunities to be overcome.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to loss prevention, security, and safety.
• Update product knowledge on an ongoing basis in coordination with the Department/Boutique or Floor Manager.
• Monitor and report sales results.
• Control client stock assortment.
• Focus on sales and profitability, maintain customer focus standards, set work pace, and deliver on departmental/store goals.
• Act as a participative and helpful team player.
• Mentor new Sales Associates by leading by example, if required.

  years of experience in a relevant field.
