Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer data and interactions via our CRM system, ensuring timely updates.
  • Develop comprehensive proposals for Life Cycle Assessments (LCA), Shutdown Maintenance (SDM), training, and Cyber Security Services.
  • Ensure service delivery aligns with SLAs and quality standards.
  • Decode and identify components specific to customer needs.
  • Engage with customers to address inquiries and ensure smooth order processing.
  • Analyze service contract turnover to optimize revenue.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to support service sales and provide necessary training.
  • Manage risks and provide technical guidance in budgeting and finance.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
  • A minimum of five years of sales experience in industrial automation or control systems.
  • Familiarity with DCS, safety systems, and PLCs.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with Yokogawa products is a plus.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop the RLC business by working closely with dealers and contractors.
