Join Henkel as a Field Sales Engineer in Dammam, where you'll play a pivotal role in executing our sales strategy to achieve business priorities and growth. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Developing action plans and driving implementation of regional pricing strategies
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the assigned area
  • Leading key strategic sales initiatives
  • Delivering on sales and profitability targets
  • Identifying cross-selling opportunities for maximum profit
  • Coordinating with various internal teams to ensure seamless execution
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 7 years of proven sales experience, particularly in construction materials. Strong preference will be given to candidates knowledgeable in waterproofing products or building chemicals.

Qualifications Required:
  • Proven ability to build and manage strategic partnerships
  • Experience with applicators and contractors
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
