Job Purpose:
To lead and manage the Animal Feed sales team, develop strategic plans to achieve revenue targets, expand the customer base, and strengthen the company’s market position through strong customer relationships and effective sales strategies.
Key Accountabilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or an MBA (preferred).
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management within the animal feed sector in Saudi Arabia.

Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans to achieve company objectives in the Feed category.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team for high performance.
- Identify new business opportunities within the Feed sector and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs.
- Oversee pricing strategies and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with marketing for promotional campaigns and participate in exhibitions/trade fairs.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi market regulations related to Feed products.
Minimum Qualifications:

Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management within the animal feed sector in Saudi Arabia.
Job-specific Skills and Competencies:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong knowledge of animal feed & poultry.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Strategic planning and market analysis skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
