Join Blue Impact Catering & FM. Services as a Senior Sales Executive!
This is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia by identifying, developing, and closing contracts across our Facilities Management and Catering Services. You will play a crucial role in supporting our strategic expansion objectives while building strong client relationships.

Purpose of the Role:
Your main objective will be to drive revenue by pursuing new business opportunities in:
  • Facilities Management (including camp management)
  • On-Site Catering (corporate, industrial, camp, and remote site catering)
  • Marine Catering (offshore vessels, rigs, and marine operations)

Key Responsibilities:
You will manage the full sales cycle, which includes:
  • Lead generation, client engagement, proposal development, tender coordination, negotiation, and contract closure
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, consultants, and operators
  • Coordinating with Operations, Catering, Marine Operations, Finance, and Tendering teams to ensure that proposals are commercially viable
  • Achieving assigned revenue targets and monitoring market trends

Qualifications & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Facilities Management sales or Catering sales
  • A strong understanding of FM contracts, SLAs, and pricing models

Key Competencies:
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Commercial and financial acumen
  • Client-focused and results-driven mindset
  • The ability to manage multiple service lines and complex proposals

  • Track competitor activities and market trends, sharing insights with the sales management team.
  • Provide accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Ensure timely collection of receivables from assigned customers.
  • Support product launches by driving distribution, visibility, and sales in the assigned area.
  • Represent the company during client visits, tastings, and local trade events.

Minimum Experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a relevant industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in customer relationship management and account management.
