The Sales Specialist Role

Althelim Integrated Services is seeking a Sales Specialist to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time, field-based role is focused on growing our service and spare-parts business within the Eastern Province. The Sales Specialist will manage their own client portfolio and oversee the entire enquiry-to-order process, from initial site survey and scope definition through to estimate, offer, negotiation, and securing the purchase order.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a target account list across ports, yards, plants, and equipment owners, and facilitate vendor registration processes.
• Survey client equipment in collaboration with our technical team, define the scope of work, and prepare offers using company templates.
• Price work according to established pricing models, protect profit margins during negotiations, and close orders.
• Hand over successful orders to the operations team and provide necessary support for invoicing and collection.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline, and sales forecasts, reporting weekly to management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi national with a valid driving license, as this is a field-based role requiring travel across the Eastern Province.
• A degree in engineering or business, a technical diploma, or equivalent practical experience. New graduates are welcome, and a structured twelve-month training program is provided.
• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in working English.
• Willingness to spend the majority of the work week on client sites, in yards, ports, and workshops.
• Experience of 2 to 5 years in technical or equipment sales, or a technical role with client contact, is considered an advantage but not a strict requirement.
• Prior exposure to cranes, heavy equipment, spare parts, or industrial services, an established network among Eastern Province ports, yards, or plants, or an IOSH or OSHA 30 certificate are beneficial.

Compensation and Career Development

Althelim Integrated Services offers a competitive compensation package for this full-time position. This includes a basic salary, housing and transport allowances, and commission on achieved and collected business. Employees receive medical insurance for themselves and eligible dependents (CCHI), GOSI registration, an end-of-service award, and 21 days of annual leave, increasing to 30 days after five years of service.

The work schedule is Sunday to Thursday, from 08:00 to 16:00, and the role includes a transport allowance, mobile line, laptop, and CRM tools. A structured twelve-month training program is provided, encompassing site and workshop attachment with our technical team, offer preparation, and company-funded HSE certification. This position offers a clear career progression path to Senior Sales Specialist and Commercial Manager roles.
