Key Responsibilities:
  • Increase the number of daily transactions and retail outlet visits by Retail routes.
  • Enhance numeric and weighted TT presence in the Retail market.
  • Strategically compete by ensuring comprehensive market coverage and flawless service.
  • Control and improve route performance in the market to meet targeted goals.
  • Ensure compliance in task execution as per Nestlé's adopted standards.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Familiarity with key areas in the Eastern Region.
  • Proficient in English.
