Senior Sales Engineer Power Generator

About the Role

Pioneer Powerco Company (PPC) is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer – Power Generators to join their team in the Eastern Region. This full-time position is for an experienced professional with a proven track record in the Saudi market, focusing on the sales and business development of power generation solutions.

Role Overview

The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales and business development for diesel generators, gensets, lighting towers, and associated power generation solutions and services. The role requires a strong understanding of technical sales, project sales, and tender processes within the power generation sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development for diesel generators, gensets, lighting towers, and related power generation solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, major contractors, consultants, and end-users.
• Manage the tendering process, including preparing quotations and technical and commercial proposals.
• Conduct negotiations to secure sales agreements.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Saudi market.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of direct sales experience in Saudi Arabia, specifically within Power Generation, Diesel Generators, Gensets, or Lighting Towers.
• Demonstrated experience working with sectors such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Utilities, Industrial, Infrastructure, Construction, Mining, Marine, Water & Wastewater, and Government.
• Strong knowledge of Technical Sales, Project Sales, Tendering, Quotations, Technical & Commercial Proposals, Negotiation, and Business Development.
• Possession of a valid Saudi Driving License and willingness to travel within KSA.
• Professional proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with prior experience from companies such as Cummins, Caterpillar, Atlas Copco, Aggreko, Himoinsa, Kohler, MTU, FG Wilson, AKSA, Generac, Wärtsilä, Siemens Energy, GE Vernova, or similar power-generation companies/dealers are encouraged to apply.
