Sr. Captain

About the Role

Aloula Aviation is seeking a Sr. Captain to join their team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role involves performing Captain duties in assigned aircraft, ensuring compliance with operating manuals and company policies. The Sr. Captain will also play a key role in mentoring First Officers and upholding flight safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Captain duties in assigned aircraft, adhering to operating manuals and instructions from the Chief Pilot or Fleet Captain.
• Maintain complete knowledge of operating procedures for the assigned aircraft.
• Conduct assigned standby duties as required.
• Perform interior and pre-flight inspections to confirm aircraft airworthiness, including reviewing aircraft logs, engine times, aircraft times, and maintenance records.
• Mentor new First Officers in their assigned aircraft to support their skill development and improvement.
• Ensure all manifests and documents are accurately completed, passengers are accounted for, and cargo is properly loaded and secured for flight, either personally or with the First Officer.
• Obtain flight clearance and clear with Customs and Immigration officials.
• Monitor weather reports to ensure safe flight conditions for the route, with authority to cancel flights if conditions are unsafe.
• Pilot the aircraft in accordance with established airman procedures and applicable rules and regulations.
• Provide technical supervision to First Officers, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
• Verify passenger safety and comfort, and ensure aircraft operation complies with all rules and regulations.
• Complete all mandatory courses as required by the company, Training Unit, or Fleet Captain.
• Clear through Customs & Immigration and secure the aircraft.
• Adhere to company cybersecurity policies, ensuring secure information handling, system protection, and compliance with data security standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor of Arts degree.
• 10 years of relevant experience.
