Role Summary

Salt is seeking a Technical Project Manager Technology to join our team in Dammam, Eastern region. This is a full-time individual contributor role focused on supporting large-scale cloud infrastructure migration projects across diverse clients and industries. The successful candidate will act as a critical link between customers in Saudi Arabia and technical delivery teams, including those based in India.

Position Context

This role requires a hands-on approach to project management within a technology context, specifically cloud infrastructure. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing stakeholders, coordinating project delivery, and translating complex customer technical requirements into clear project plans and actionable execution strategies. This position does not involve people management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate large-scale cloud infrastructure migration projects.
• Engage directly with customers to define technical requirements, project scope, identify risks, and establish delivery expectations.
• Serve as the primary interface between client stakeholders and offshore technical teams, including those based in India.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, reporting mechanisms, governance frameworks, and stakeholder communication.
• Support project delivery across multiple clients and potentially across different countries.
• Ensure that cloud migration activities align with technical specifications, commercial agreements, and customer expectations.
• Operate effectively across multi-industry environments, adapting to varying client operating models and strategic priorities.

Required Experience and Skills

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in technical project management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Proven capability in coordinating complex project deliveries.
• Strong skills in translating customer technical needs into clear project requirements and execution plans.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure migration projects is essential.
