About the Role

Projactive is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead cloud transformation initiatives in Riyadh. This full-time, client-facing role involves managing complex transformation programs, collaborating with senior stakeholders, global vendors, and technical teams to drive measurable outcomes.

Role Overview

The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of cloud and infrastructure projects. This includes driving structured execution, implementing governance frameworks, and ensuring the achievement of defined project objectives and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cloud transformation initiatives.
• Manage relationships and communication with stakeholders across client, vendor, and internal teams.
• Implement and manage governance frameworks, including reporting, RAID management, and escalations.
• Ensure project alignment with overall program objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and prepare executive-level reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on cloud initiatives.
• Proven track record in client-facing roles, preferably within consulting or system integration environments.
• Strong understanding and experience with cloud platforms, infrastructure, or data center transformations.
• Experience working with global technology vendors in cloud, infrastructure, or platform domains.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Demonstrated strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh and involves working on high-impact transformation programs across the GCC. You will collaborate with leading global technology partners within a governance-led, high-performance consulting environment. The position is full-time.
