About the Territory Lead - Orthopaedics Role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Territory Lead for Orthopaedics to manage operations within the Eastern region, specifically in Dammam. This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience to drive sales and manage a dedicated team.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for managing Reconstruction Cases coverage with the Eastern joint team and developing a continuous program to enhance the team's technical skills. A significant portion of your time, approximately 75%, will be dedicated to field activities. You will also maintain close collaboration with all company team members to ensure the effective implementation of field operations for customer benefit.

• Achieve sales and profit targets for the territory.
• Organize and conduct professional meetings with targeted customers.
• Perform outdoor field sales, including cold calling, to introduce and sell the product range to potential corporate clients.
• Generate leads, handle customer inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up on sales to meet business objectives.
• Maintain strong customer relations and ensure effective coordination.
• Provide accurate product information, ensure stock availability, and optimize product consumption.
• Offer in-service support, case support, and negotiate patient cases with doctors.
• Service and maintain an existing customer base while simultaneously developing new business avenues.
• Organize all necessary documentation to fulfill client demands.
