Job Description

About the Role

Stryker is seeking a Territory Lead to drive the growth of its Trauma & Extremities Division within the Central Region. This full-time position requires a professional with 2-5 years of relevant experience to manage and expand business within their designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in the assigned territory.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, product developments, and regulatory changes within the territory, reporting findings to management.
  • Execute sales activities in alignment with regional sales targets and company strategies, preparing sales reports as requested.
  • Plan, execute, and report on customer visits and product demonstrations based on sales targets and customer needs.
  • Evaluate customer requests for proposals, compiling necessary material lists based on identified needs.
  • Educate customers on purchasing methods (*, tender, direct purchase, leasing) and collaborate with the tender department on procurement projects, supporting their completion and reporting.
  • Track material delivery dates and communicate updates to customers.
  • Manage material delivery and installation, provide post-sales user training on product portfolio, and attend surgical cases.
  • Facilitate the billing process to the accrual stage and follow up on collections with the Finance and Accounting department to ensure timely payments.
  • Communicate customer feedback and complaints to the Quality Management Representative and Manager, taking appropriate actions and reporting outcomes.
  • Prepare and manage congress and demonstration materials, ensuring they are returned to storage in a sterilized and undamaged condition.
  • Liaise with the marketing department regarding scientific support requests and plans within the region.
  • Provide support to the logistics team as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, medical, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of commercial experience, preferably in a territory lead or similar role.
  • Experience within the Orthopaedics industry, including Trauma, Spine, or Joint Replacement.
  • Proficiency in English.

Preferred Experience

Experience specifically within Trauma & Extremities is preferred.
