Role Summary
The Urban Master Planning Engineer will be responsible for:
  • Supporting the preparation and development of urban master plans and land-use strategies.
  • Conducting zoning studies and development control assessments.
  • Assisting in municipal investment studies and feasibility assessments.
  • Coordinating with governmental authorities and project stakeholders.
  • Preparing planning reports and technical documentation.
  • Utilizing planning tools for spatial analysis and mapping.

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning or a related field.
  • Professional Membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in urban master planning.
  • Strong knowledge of land-use planning and zoning regulations.
  • Experience with spatial analysis tools like ArcGIS or QGIS.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
