Job Title:
Store Supervisor (Part-time – One Day a Week)

Job Summary:
Supervising the workflow within the store and ensuring the best level of service for customers, while monitoring employees and inventory, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store to reflect a professional and attractive image.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring employee performance and distributing tasks during work hours.  
- Ensuring that the store is ready in terms of cleanliness, organization, and good product display.  
- Monitoring inventory and reporting shortages or needs.  
- Dealing with customer inquiries and solving problems professionally.  
- Tracking sales operations and ensuring compliance with store policies.  
- Submitting a brief report on workflow and revenues at the end of the day.

Required Qualifications:
- University diploma 
- Previous experience in supervision or store management 
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with various personalities.  
- Ability to organize and manage time efficiently.  
- Knowledge of sales basics and customer service.

Job Details:
- Number of Days: One day a week.  
- Number of Hours: 8 hours a day.  
- Workplace: To be determined based on store location.
