Corporate Planning & EPMO Specialist

About the Role

Dhahran Techno Valley (DTV) is seeking an experienced Corporate Planning & EPMO Specialist to manage the organization's planning, governance, and delivery processes. This full-time role, based in Dhahran, Eastern Region, encompasses corporate planning, Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) functions, and business process improvement. The specialist will be responsible for translating strategic objectives into actionable plans, overseeing the project portfolio across all business units, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

The Corporate Planning & EPMO Specialist will manage three core areas:

• Corporate Planning: Lead the annual operating planning cycle, ensuring corporate strategy is cascaded into business unit and departmental plans, initiatives, and targets. Coordinate with Finance and Procurement to align plans with budgets and procurement timelines. Conduct quarterly plan reviews and track execution against established targets.
• Enterprise PMO (EPMO): Own and operate the EPMO framework across all business units, including project governance, stage gates, templates, and reporting standards. Govern the full project portfolio (strategic and operational), monitoring milestones, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies. Produce portfolio status reports and dashboards, identify delays and risks proactively, and drive corrective actions with project owners. Build project management capability across teams through standards, guidance, and coaching.
• Business Process Improvement: Map, analyze, and redesign business processes to identify and remove bottlenecks, thereby increasing efficiency. Develop and maintain procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in collaboration with process owners. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and measure their impact.
