As a leader in machinery manufacturing, MAKEEN is looking for a dedicated individual to ensure the quality and compliance of ship engine components and tools. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to the highest standards in quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Measurement and Inspection: Conduct accurate measurements of components and tools using sophisticated instruments.
  • Tool Calibration: Regularly calibrate tools to ensure accuracy and maintain comprehensive calibration records.
  • Traceability and Documentation: Maintain traceability of components throughout production, documenting inspection and calibration results accurately.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with quality standards, identifying and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Compliance and Standards: Adhere to industry standards and company policies, ensuring safety and best quality practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives that enhance quality processes and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in quality control, especially in ship engine manufacturing.
  • Certifications in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): Dye Penetrant, Magnetoscopic, and Ultrasonic Inspection.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.

Competencies:
  • Technical: Skilled in measurement instruments and NDT techniques; knowledgeable about calibration.
  • Behavioral: Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, effective communication, and teamwork skills.
