Job Title: Recruitment Officer - Sourcing

Location: Dhahran, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia

Job Purpose:
The Recruitment Officer will be instrumental in sourcing, screening, and delivering qualified candidates to meet client requirements under the Supplemental Manpower Program (SMP). The candidate will need to demonstrate strong market knowledge, candidate engagement, and the capacity to manage multiple job requisitions effectively and timely.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source CVs through various platforms including job portals and LinkedIn.
- Screen CVs for alignment with job descriptions and client specifications.
- Maintain a candidate tracker with submission and hiring status details.
- Liaise with clients to clarify job requisitions and selection criteria.
- Submit shortlisted CVs timely and in the specified format
- Support candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Ensure compliance with SMP hiring standards and internal policies.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for SMP requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the SMP/oil & gas/contracting sector.
- Strong experience in CV sourcing and screening.
- Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems.

Key Skills:
- Strong sourcing techniques and ability to manage high-volume requisitions under tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential (English is required, Arabic is a plus).

Other Requirements:
- Must be based in Saudi Arabia (Eastern Province preferred).
- Familiarity with SMP contracts is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

  • Uses Emerson Business Systems to manage opportunities and customer entities.
  • Reviews and provides input/feedback on all proposals generated by the Proposal team, collaborates with global Subject Matter Experts to build the best-suited technical solution for customers.
