Join Nice One as a Salesperson in Hafer Albatin to drive customer relationships and contribute to our growth. This role is open to all candidates and supports diversity and inclusion. Primary Responsibilities – Deliver sales results and excellent customer service in Hafer Albatin
  • Identify and engage potential customers through field visits, phone outreach, and local networking to generate sales opportunities.
  • Present company products and services clearly and persuasively, tailoring proposals to customer needs and demonstrating value.
  • Manage the sales process from lead qualification to negotiation and closing, ensuring accurate documentation of interactions and outcomes in the company CRM or app.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals through consistent activity and follow-up.

Qualifications and Skills – Competence and communication for a successful salesperson
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or sales training is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales, retail, field sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred but motivated beginners are welcome.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Comfortable using mobile apps and CRM tools to record customer data and track sales activities.
  • Valid local driving license and reliable transportation preferred for field visits within Hafer Albatin.
  • Results-oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively to balance customer visits and administrative tasks.

About the Role:
To be responsible for the nutrition care management for assigned clinic(s) by ensuring excellence in service delivery according to Diaverum clinical governance five core practices (clinical standards, medical standards, performance measurement, education, and scientific research). To plan, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate the nutrition care service including medical nutrition therapy (MNT), wellbeing and health promotion (educational activities), foodservice management, scientific research and preventive care services to provide Life Enhancing Renal Care.

Key responsibilities:
  • Work within a MDT to ensure effective medical nutrition therapy, health promotion, and lifestyle management.
  • Ensure implementation of a continuous, accurate and effective Nutrition Care Process (NCP) for all patients.
  • Manage set clinical parameters to accurately measure, monitor and evaluate all aspects of nutritional care in accordance to national and international standards and guidelines in renal care and chronic disease management.
  • Manage foodservice in your clinic to ensure food safety and quality as part of continuously monitoring and enhancing patient meal experience.
  • Adhere to Diaverum country and global policies and procedures including quality measures including medical KPIs, Joint Commission International (JCI) as well as all local regulatory requirements governing nutrition care.

Qualifications:
  • Certified Clinical Dietitian Specialist by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
  • Bachelor Degree in Clinical Nutrition, Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition is favorable.
  • Fresh Graduate, 1-2 years clinical dietetics experience in a clinical setting or hospital is favorable.
  • Experience in clinical specialty favorable (Renal, Diabetes, Hypertension).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
