The Farm Planner Role

Almarai is seeking a dedicated Farm Planner to join its team in Hail. This full-time role is crucial for ensuring the optimal health, welfare, and productivity of poultry flocks through effective daily care and comprehensive farm management practices. The Farm Planner contributes directly to maintaining consistent production performance and supporting efficient farm operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the healthy growth, welfare, and productivity of poultry flocks through proper daily care, continuous monitoring, and adherence to established farm management practices.
• Maintain consistent production performance by strictly following biosecurity standards, implementing feeding programs, and controlling environmental conditions to achieve optimal egg or meat output.
• Support smooth farm operations by assisting in routine tasks such as vaccination, accurate record-keeping, thorough cleaning, and regular equipment maintenance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Poultry Production and Animal Science, or a related major.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in GP farms or a similar role and field.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Good English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of poultry farming, specifically breeding farms.
• Knowledge of brooding, feeding practices, and egg collection procedures.
• Commitment to animal welfare, safety standards, and achieving farm goals.
• Demonstrated precision in monitoring flock health, feed quality, and environmental conditions.

This is a full-time position based in Hail, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a dedicated individual committed to maintaining high standards in poultry farm management within a dynamic agricultural setting.
