The Role: Farm Planner

Almarai is seeking a dedicated Farm Planner to join its operations in Hail. This full-time role is central to ensuring the health, welfare, and productivity of poultry flocks through diligent daily care and effective farm management practices. The Farm Planner contributes directly to maintaining consistent production performance and supporting overall farm efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the healthy growth, welfare, and productivity of poultry flocks through proper daily care, monitoring, and farm management practices.
• Maintain consistent production performance by adhering to biosecurity standards, feeding programs, and environmental controls.
• Work towards achieving optimal egg or meat output in line with operational targets.
• Support smooth farm operations by assisting in routine tasks such as vaccination, accurate record-keeping, cleaning, and equipment maintenance.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Farm Planner position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in farm planning or poultry farm management. This experience should demonstrate a practical understanding of poultry care, biosecurity protocols, and operational support within an agricultural setting.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Hail. The role requires on-site presence to manage daily farm operations and ensure the well-being and productivity of the poultry flocks.
