About the Role

Napco National is seeking a Sales Executive to join its team in Hail, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to manage sales activities and customer relationships within an assigned territory.

Core Sales Responsibilities

  • Sell the company’s widest range of products to assigned customers.
  • Identify and sell to all potential new customers within the designated area.
  • Provide feedback on competitor activities observed within the sales territory.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Handle customer complaints and report them to the sales team leader for resolution.
  • Report any problems or objections encountered that could not be resolved independently to the team leader.
  • Review customer account reconciliations on a quarterly basis and obtain customer signatures or approvals.

Operational and Administrative Duties

  • Ensure the proper implementation of planogram standards in customer locations.
  • Issue special order requests as required by customers.
  • Collect invoices in adherence to the company’s aging policy.
  • Prepare all necessary documents for the call cycle or business review prior to market visits.
  • Present customer orders to the team leader and daily collection reports to the distributor or accountant.
  • Issue return forms for defective products, securing approval from a superior before the actual return.
  • Perform inventory checks during every visit, covering both warehouses and shelves.

  • 0-1 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment and Application

This is a full-time position located in Ḩā’il (Hail), Saudi Arabia. The role involves regular field engagement with customers. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
