Job Summary
PlatOne is hiring a Sales & Delivery Representative on behalf of one of its clients. The role is responsible for selling and delivering products directly to residential customers and ensuring timely delivery, professional customer service, and consistent route coverage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell and deliver products directly to residential customers.
  • Drive a medium or heavy vehicle safely and in compliance with traffic regulations.
  • Load, transport, and unload products safely and efficiently.
  • Follow assigned delivery routes and meet daily delivery schedules.
  • Handle customers professionally and provide excellent customer service.
  • Promote repeat orders and support customer retention.
  • Identify potential new customers within assigned areas.
  • Collect payments when required, according to company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, sales, collections, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure the vehicle is clean, properly maintained, and reported for any issues.
  • Follow all safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in B2C sales, route sales, delivery, or FMCG distribution.
  • Valid driving license for medium or heavy vehicles.
  • Ability to drive delivery vehicles and manage residential delivery routes.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Physically fit and able to load and unload products.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in the field.
  • Basic ability to use mobile applications or delivery systems.
  • Good knowledge of city roads and residential areas is preferred.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of relevant sales or delivery experience is preferred.
  • Experience in FMCG, beverages, bottled water, food distribution, or home delivery services is an advantage.
