Key Responsibilities:

• Manage outbound facilities ensuring 100% service levels within the agreed parameters of time, cost, and quality.
• Monitor and control department spending in line with budgeted costs and targeted CPU.
• Achieve compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and audits.
• Optimize manpower resources and motivate the workforce to meet targets.
• Collaborate with supply planning to agree on weekly production plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
• A minimum of 8 years of management experience in an FMCG environment.
• Experience in SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS) is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of managing multi-temperature storage and distribution operations.
• Fluency in English and familiarity with ISO 9000 quality management standards.

We are looking for a dedicated Dairy Technologist to provide technical support and guidance in dairy technology. You will actively participate in various projects, production processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to daily processing and filling plans.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Engage in project activities and drive improvements in processing.

Qualifications:
To be successful, you will need a recognized qualification from a Dairy Training Institute (Dairy Tech. Graduate).

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year in an FMCG production environment.
• Experience in an automated process control environment.
• Exposure to lean manufacturing principles.
• Familiarity with International Quality standards.

Competencies:

• Measurement skills and proficiency in Excel and Word are essential.
• Must be cheerful, cooperative, methodical, and assertive.
• Experience with SAP and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment is preferred.
