As a critical member of our team, you will carry out daily activities in the Executive office, ensuring a remarkable experience for staff and delivering exceptional secretarial support.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily administrative activities adhering to Hilton Standards.
  • Provide secretarial support to the Executive team.
  • Handle communications promptly and professionally.
  • Receive and distribute mail.
  • Compile minutes for Executive meetings and management reports.
  • Maintain supplies of office stationery and ensure a tidy work area.
  • Assist with special projects related to the Executive Office.

Requirements:
