We are looking for a talented warehouse keeper to join our industrial production team.
As a warehouse keeper, you will be responsible for managing all operations related to the storage of goods, including receiving shipments, loading them, and distributing them.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the receipt of shipments and ensure they meet the required specifications.
  • Organize and store goods in a way that ensures ease of access and safety.
  • Update inventory records periodically to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate shipping and distribution operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast future needs.
  • Implement health and safety procedures in the warehouse.
  • Train new employees on warehouse work procedures.
  • Conduct periodic inventory counts and provide reports to management.
  • Collaborate with purchasing and distribution teams to improve processes.
Required Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in warehouse management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and managerial skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills with colleagues and suppliers.
  • Familiarity with inventory management techniques and related software systems.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to solve problems and make quick decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • 8+ years of experience in maintenance, with 4+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in refinery or plant maintenance, especially in solid handling and ship loading.

Required Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of troubleshooting rotating equipment and preventive maintenance systems.
  • Familiarity with vibrations or PDM programs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Ability to read drawings and manuals; must have SAP and computer knowledge.
