About the Role

We are seeking a Real Estate Sales Specialist to join the team at شركة لون الأولى للتشغيل والصيانة in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role involves managing client inquiries for furnished residential apartments, residential units available for monthly and annual lease, as well as showrooms and commercial units. The specialist will be responsible for completing leasing operations and achieving approved sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Receive client calls and respond to inquiries regarding available rental units.
• Present available real estate units, clarifying prices, features, and leasing terms.
• Follow up with interested clients and convert inquiries into active lease agreements.
• Coordinate with building supervisors to identify available units and arrange viewings.
• Monitor leasing procedures and coordinate with the contracts department to finalize agreements via the Ejar platform.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to reducing vacancy rates.
• Update client and sales data, and prepare required daily reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing residential and commercial units.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to convert client inquiries into actual leasing operations.
• Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs.
• Commitment to sales targets and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Experience with the Ejar platform is preferred.

This position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
