About the Role

Andersen Lab is seeking an experienced Business/Systems Analyst to join a significant digital transformation project aimed at modernizing healthcare systems that provide therapeutic and laboratory services. This is a full-time role based in Jeddah, dedicated to a leading healthcare provider in Saudi Arabia, known for its commitment to high-quality services, advanced technology, and exceptional patient safety standards.

Role Responsibilities

  • Present and discuss the delivery methodology and project initiation phase work plan.
  • Identify key stakeholders and define the project governance structure, including RACI matrix, communication plan, reporting cadence, and decision-making mechanisms.
  • Review and confirm project scope, priorities, assumptions, and expectations, and work on their optimization.
  • Execute Phase Zero workshops, including kickoff meeting, scope validation, compliance requirements assessment, dependency mapping, system review, non-functional requirements review, estimation calibration, integration review, implementation planning, and phase closure.
  • Document all systems requiring integration with each other.
  • Prepare all necessary Phase Zero documentation and deliverables, and accurately document its outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain the requirements management plan.
  • Prepare the Phase One (CP Document).
  • Facilitate discussions related to AI opportunities and operational transformation initiatives.
  • Analyze and document current and future business processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Native Arabic speaker.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in applying BPMN methodology.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing a requirements management plan.
  • Proficiency in maintaining the scope and assumptions log.
  • Experience in producing Business Requirements Documents (BRD).
  • Experience in creating integration and system inventories.
  • Ability to critically test and challenge assumptions, guiding the client towards adopted industry best practices.
  • Proven experience in scope validation, identifying gaps, dependencies, constraints, and risks.
  • Strong consulting mindset with the ability to provide practical and actionable recommendations for system and process modernization and development.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build trust in proposed solutions.
  • Good understanding of health compliance requirements and data privacy regulations.
  • Strong business analysis and requirements engineering skills.
  • Experience in managing discovery workshops, conducting stakeholder interviews, and leading business process analysis and mapping sessions.
  • Experience in producing operational capability maps, stakeholder maps, and process models.
  • Familiarity with local Saudi health regulations, adopted operating models, and government health sector initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience in digital transformation projects in the healthcare sector, such as Hospital Information Systems (HIS)/Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, or hospital development and modernization programs.
