Alwedad Charity for Orphan Care is seeking a Services and Partnerships Management Director to join its team in Makkah and Jeddah. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and is crucial for developing and managing strategic relationships to support the organization's mission.

Role Overview

The Services and Partnerships Management Director will be responsible for leading the development and execution of relationship and partnership strategies. This involves building strong connections with governmental, private, and non-profit entities, identifying new collaboration opportunities, and overseeing the negotiation and agreement processes. The Director will also monitor the performance of partnerships and manage a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a relations and partnerships plan aligned with the organization's objectives.
• Build and manage relationships with governmental, private, and non-profit organizations.
• Explore partnership opportunities and oversee negotiations and agreement preparation.
• Represent the organization in relevant meetings and events.
• Monitor partnership implementation, measure results, and prepare reports.
• Supervise and develop the performance of the relations and partnerships team.
• Manage and regularly update the partners' database.
• Enhance the institutional image and build relationships that support the achievement of organizational goals.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or an equivalent field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in institutional relations, partnerships, or business development.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in building partnerships, managing negotiations, and institutional relations.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, with work locations in Jeddah and Makkah.
