About the Role

Al-Henaki Real Estate Development is seeking a qualified Real Estate Marketing Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to developing and executing effective marketing and sales strategies within the dynamic real estate and land sector. The role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in driving growth and managing marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales plans to achieve company growth objectives.
• Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities within the real estate sector, and formulate promotional strategies aligned with company goals and target audiences.
• Execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional, and public relations.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend necessary adjustments to enhance effectiveness.
• Lead and guide the marketing and sales team, including providing training and fostering skill development.
• Distribute tasks and establish clear individual and team goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the industry.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide strategic recommendations to improve the company's competitive position.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Organize events and promotional offers to attract new clients and reinforce engagement with existing ones.
• Prepare and present periodic reports on marketing and sales performance to senior management.
• Analyze data and information to support fact-based decision-making and achieve growth targets.
• Develop and oversee the marketing and sales budget, ensuring efficient utilization of financial resources.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
