# Job Announcement – Architect

## Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- At least 5 years of practical experience in architectural design and supervision.
- Proficiency in using engineering software, including:
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- SketchUp
- Lumion
- D5 Render
- 3ds Max
- Adobe Photoshop

- Experience in preparing architectural designs, executive plans, and technical details.
- Ability to coordinate with various engineering disciplines and work within a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with the Saudi Building Code and related regulations and requirements.
- Excellent skills in communication, time management, and working under pressure.
- Ability to provide innovative design solutions that achieve the aesthetic and functional aspects of projects.

## Job Duties:
- Preparing and developing architectural designs and plans for projects.
- Preparing and reviewing executive drawings and coordinating with different engineering teams.
- Supervising the implementation of work in the field and ensuring its compliance with approved plans and specifications.
- Preparing technical reports, attending meetings, and following up on project progress.
- Contributing to the development of design quality and meeting client requirements within the specified timelines.
