Job Description

We are looking for a receptionist to work in the hotel apartments, with high communication skills and excellent customer service, and the ability to manage reservations and deal with guests professionally. Tasks and Responsibilities: * Receiving guests, welcoming them, and completing check-in and check-out procedures. * Managing and following up on reservations through online booking platforms such as Booking, Airbnb, and others. * Responding to customer inquiries via phone and various communication channels. * Coordinating with operations, cleaning, and maintenance teams to ensure unit readiness. * Following up on guest reviews and working to improve the accommodation experience. * Preparing daily reports related to occupancy and reservations. * Handling guest complaints and inquiries professionally and promptly. * Skill in welcoming guests warmly and professionally presenting rooms and services. Required Qualifications: * Previous experience in reception or customer service, preferably in the hospitality sector. * Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs. * Ability to handle online booking platforms. * Excellent communication skills in Arabic, and proficiency in English is a plus. * Ability to work in shifts.
