Job Description

About the Role

Guthmi Group is seeking an experienced Accessories Sales Supervisor to join our team in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing and driving accessories sales performance across various customer centers, both domestically and internationally. The supervisor will play a critical role in strategic planning, inventory management, market analysis, and direct customer engagement to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and establish monthly and annual sales targets for all customer centers, and regularly monitor their achievement in collaboration with sales supervisors across all regions.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of accessories inventory and coordinate with the purchasing department to confirm new orders.
  • Analyze market prices of existing products against competitors and propose price adjustments as necessary, subject to management approval.
  • Manage inventory rotation within warehouses and ensure timely replenishment of missing items across all product categories.
  • Provide personal follow-up and support for key accounts, working closely with sales representatives.
  • Monitor all customer deferred accounts and oversee collection efforts.
  • Liaise with all supervisors, both within and outside Saudi Arabia, to address inquiries and resolve operational issues.
  • Track and analyze competitor activities and market trends.
  • Identify and introduce new accessory items to enhance sales performance.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in sales supervision, preferably within the accessories sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and pricing strategies.
  • Experience in market analysis and competitor monitoring.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in sales reporting and performance tracking.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, requiring active engagement with sales teams and customer centers across various locations. The role demands a proactive approach to sales management and market dynamics.
