Area Manager

About the Role

Nice One is seeking an Area Manager to oversee the performance and daily operations of multiple locations within an assigned area. This full-time role involves supporting location leaders, implementing company standards, and monitoring financial and operational results across cities including Najran, Abha, Jeddah, and Medina.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Area Manager supports location leaders, implements company standards and business plans, and monitors financial and operational results. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience, improve team performance, and achieve business outcomes across the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across assigned locations, ensuring adherence to company procedures, service standards, and operational requirements.
• Monitor area and location performance against business goals, analyze trends, and implement plans to address gaps.
• Manage area budgets and operating costs, review financial reports, and identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
• Lead, coach, and support location managers and their teams, setting clear expectations and fostering professional development.
• Collaborate with location leaders on staffing plans, coverage needs, hiring, and retention to ensure adequate resources.
• Promote consistent, high-quality customer service, review feedback, and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Ensure locations comply with company policies, safety requirements, regulations, and operational standards.
• Conduct regular site visits and performance reviews to assess operations and identify areas for improvement.
• Translate company priorities into actionable plans for the area and ensure consistent implementation across locations.
• Address operational, customer, and team concerns, escalating significant risks or issues as necessary.
• Prepare and review reports on sales, costs, staffing, service, and operational performance to support decision-making.
• Partner with departments such as Human Resources, Finance, Operations, and Marketing to achieve business objectives.
• Communicate company updates, expectations, and performance priorities to location teams, and relay area needs to leadership.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, efficiency, and service delivery across the area.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; equivalent education and relevant experience will be considered.
• Experience managing operations, teams, or business performance across multiple locations or departments.
• Demonstrated experience coaching managers or supervisors and supporting employee development.
• Experience monitoring budgets, sales, costs, operational metrics, or other business performance measures.
• Proficiency with business software, reporting tools, and spreadsheet applications, including Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to travel regularly among locations within the assigned area.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet the company’s travel requirements, if applicable.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position requires regular travel within the assigned area, which includes the cities of Najran, Abha, Jeddah, and Medina. The Area Manager will work closely with various teams and departments to ensure operational excellence and business growth.
