About the Associate Product Manager Role
Salla is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join one of its product squads. This role is focused on supporting the development of scalable, high-quality product experiences within a modern SaaS platform. The Associate Product Manager will work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to serve a large and diverse user base. This is a hands-on, execution-focused position offering direct exposure to product challenges and delivery cycles. The role is designed for early-career professionals with a strong capacity for learning and the potential to advance into a full Product Manager position.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to product discovery by assisting in problem understanding and gathering user insights.
- Support the definition of product requirements and document scoped product work.
- Collaborate with the design team on user flows, usability considerations, and edge cases.
- Work with the engineering team to clarify requirements and support the execution of product delivery.
- Participate in product testing, release readiness activities, and post-launch follow-ups.
- Assist in tracking product outcomes and identifying areas for future iteration.
- Maintain clear communication and comprehensive documentation across all stakeholders.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in product management, engineering, design, analytics, consulting, or a related tech-adjacent field.
- Demonstrated ability to execute tasks end-to-end with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
- Proven learning ability when encountering unfamiliar problems or domains.
- Capacity for structured thinking and breaking down ambiguous problems into manageable components.
- Clear written communication skills and comfort in explaining reasoning.
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Reliability, accountability, and a proactive approach to tasks.
Program Eligibility
Applicants must be eligible for the Tamheer Program. Candidates should not have GOSI registration for the past six months.
Work Location and Type
This is a full-time position located in Jeddah, Makkah Province.
