Business Development Specialist

A leading and diversified company announces its desire to attract a Business Development Manager to be responsible for leading the company's strategic growth, building partnerships, and developing investment and operational opportunities to achieve expansion and profitability goals. Tasks and Responsibilities: - Prepare and implement a business development strategy that aligns with the company's overall plan. - Study markets, analyze competitors, and identify new opportunities. - Develop new business models and improve existing ones. - Search for strategic partnerships (local and international) and negotiate them. - Prepare initial feasibility studies and investment proposals. - Work with executive departments to turn opportunities into established projects. - Supervise marketing and sales operations. - Prepare and oversee the implementation of service and product development plans. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering. - At least 7 years of experience in business development, investment, or expansion. - High negotiation skills and relationship building. - Strong leadership and executive skills.
