About the Role

Marmara For Modern Software LLC is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join its team in Makkah, with a focus on Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to contribute to business development, cultivate customer relationships, and identify growth opportunities within the technology market.

Key Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities and develop a database of potential customers.
Build and manage relationships with customers and partners.
Understand customer needs and collaborate with the technical team to translate them into appropriate technical solutions.
Present technical offers and solutions to customers, covering areas such as Software, Workflow, AI, and Digital Transformation.
Prepare commercial offers and manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to contract closure.
Monitor tenders and commercial opportunities in both government and private sectors.
Manage and update customer and opportunity data using CRM systems.
Achieve specified sales and revenue targets.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of experience in business development or information technology sales is preferred.
Good knowledge of software solutions, systems, cloud services, or digital transformation.

Required Skills

Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to build long-term relationships with customers.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
Ability to prepare presentations and interact effectively with customers at various levels.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to Jeddah. The role involves working within the dynamic technology market to drive growth and foster client relationships.
