Role Overview

The Service Associate - Concierge provides guest services and assists guests with their luggage and other items. This is a full-time position located in Jeddah, requiring 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with guests to foster loyalty.
• Assist guests with airline reservations and confirmations, message handling, transportation arrangements, city tours, and restaurant reservations.
• Ensure all guest interactions are handled professionally and with care, adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
• Maintain proper records for all guest deliveries.
• Uphold all quality standards and procedures from guest pre-arrival, arrival, in-house stay, to departure.
• Coordinate and ensure timely deliveries and collections of guest luggage.

Experience and Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in a similar service-oriented role.
• Ability to provide guest services and assist with luggage.

Work Environment

This role is based in Jeddah and operates on a full-time schedule. The Service Associate will work within the Shangri-La Hotel environment, which includes 4 restaurants and lounges, such as the Shang Palace.
