Join TASC Outsourcing as a Cashier!
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team in Jeddah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer payments and ensuring smooth financial transactions, contributing to our reputation for excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process payments from customers for new and trade-in vehicles, as well as for service and maintenance work.
• Ensure the safe custody of Vehicle Custody Certificates (VCC) and release Gate Passes for vehicles after account clearance.
• Process payments using various methods including petty cash, credit cards, and checks.
• Reconcile cash and credit card transactions at the end of each day, maintaining accurate records of all transactions and daily cash balances.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding pricing and services offered.
• Follow proper cash handling procedures while maintaining a secure cash drawer.
• Assist the finance officer with bank and insurance coordination, serving as the main point of contact for both branches.
• Communicate with customers about payment status, receipts, and outstanding balances; manage complaints or issues related to financial transactions.
• Work collaboratively with team members and assist in inventory management, including conducting inventory counts and reconciling records with sales transactions.

A cashier is required to work in a retail store. Responsibilities include: greeting customers with a smile, recording sales on the point of sale system, handling cash and electronic payments, preparing daily sales reports, and ensuring cash matching. Accuracy in work, honesty, and the ability to work under pressure with excellent communication skills are required.

Residents of Al-Manar or Al-Samer are preferred.
