Introduction:We are looking for outstanding efficiency in the field of health quality to join the Rehab team for rehabilitation, as a specialized healthcare and rehabilitation center in the Al-Qassim region – Buraidah.
Tasks and Responsibilities:- Implement health quality systems and standards (CBAHI or ISO) within the facility.
- Prepare and update policies, procedures, and continuous improvement reports.
- Follow up on performance indicators, analyze them, and raise developmental recommendations.
- Contribute to training programs for employees on quality and safety concepts.
- Manage risks.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Health Administration, or Public Health.
- Previous experience in quality within a healthcare facility.
- Knowledge of CBAHI or ISO standards in the health sector.
- Data analysis skills and decision-making based on indicators.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
