As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring all housekeeping operations deliver an excellent guest and member experience. You will evaluate guest satisfaction while setting departmental targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee housekeeping operations to maintain high standards.
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction levels and implement continuous improvement.
  • Manage departmental budgets, including stock and cost controls.
  • Set objectives, work schedules, and policies for the housekeeping team.
  • Monitor team performance and provide necessary training.
  • Maintain strong communication with all hotel areas and external suppliers.
  • Coordinate staffing levels to meet business demands.
  • Recruit, manage, train, and develop the housekeeping team.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Experience in housekeeping management within the hotel or leisure sector.
  • Strong commercial awareness and cost control skills.
  • Leadership and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high levels of customer service.
  • Proficiency with property management systems is advantageous.
