We are looking for a skilled saleswoman to work in a quiet and uncrowded women's boutique, who has experience in sales and knows how to present the piece correctly and turn admiration into a purchase decision.
🔹 Job Responsibilities:
Welcoming clients and providing a premium shopping experience.
Accurate knowledge of sizes, cuts, and fabric details.
Convincing the client with a smart and non-pressuring approach that emphasizes the value of the piece.
Coordinating pieces and suggesting suitable alternatives according to the client's taste.
Creating content for Snapchat and TikTok (showing pieces – details – wearing).
Managing and running simple advertising campaigns on Instagram and TikTok.
Contributing to content ideas and marketing titles.
Maintaining the organization of the boutique and display.
🔹 Requirements:
Previous experience in selling inside a women's boutique or fashion store.
Knowledge of women's sizes and types of fabrics.
Polite demeanor and high persuasion skills.
Experience in Instagram and TikTok (content creation + ads).
Ability to take professional photos with a mobile phone.
Calm, organized personality who enjoys working in a non-crowded environment.
