Cost Control Manager

About the Role

KMAS-SA is seeking a Cost Control Manager to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role involves overseeing and analyzing food and beverage costs, developing cost control policies, and leading a team to enhance profitability across multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and analyze food and beverage costs across multiple branches.
• Develop and implement cost control policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory, conduct stock audits, track cost variances, and manage waste.
• Review recipe costing and analyze the profitability of menu items.
• Prepare and present periodic cost reports, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and recommendations to management.
• Lead and supervise the cost control team and implement profitability improvement plans.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in cost control, with a preference for candidates who have supervisory experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and operational cost control principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in multi-branch restaurant chains.
• Possession of a Food & Beverage Cost Control Certificate or an equivalent professional certification.

• Demonstrated experience in developing cost control procedures and improving profitability.
