Customer Service Representative

An international school is seeking to appoint a highly qualified Academic Director to lead its academic team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in academic leadership within international schools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree in Educational Leadership is preferred).

• Strong experience with international curricula.

• Proven leadership and strategic planning skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
• Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website.
• Manage social media accounts and create content calendars.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate with external vendors, such as agencies and suppliers.
• Assist in the organization and execution of marketing events and trade shows.
• Maintain marketing databases and track marketing expenses.
• Support the marketing manager in day-to-day marketing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing role within the food and beverages industry.
• Proven ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with social media management tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
• Creative and innovative thinking. Good in English (written and spoken).
