We are seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor to manage the electrical maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting at our Steel Foundry & Iron Casting Factory in Jeddah, KSA. This pivotal role ensures the reliability and safety of our electrical systems, playing a crucial part in our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Electrical Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including diagnosing faults in machinery.
  • Planning & Supervision: Plan and schedule maintenance activities while allocating tasks to electricians.
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce electrical safety standards and conduct safety inspections.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records and utilize CMMS for job status updates.
  • Spare Parts & Inventory: Monitor inventory of electrical spares and coordinate with procurement.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 58 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a heavy industrial or foundry environment.
  • Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and industrial wiring practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with CMMS.

Preferred Attributes:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read electrical drawings and implement changes.
  • Quick decision-making under pressure.

    • Monitor inventory of electrical spares, tools, and consumables.
